Cancellation Policy

Your subscription to our service begins on the date you create your account and select the subscription period for which you are to be billed at a specific rate, which subscription period and specific billing rate automatically renew until cancelled.

To cancel your service, you must either email us at cancellations@youtily.com or call us at (855) 979-8090. 
Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Please note that for month-to-month subscriptions, your account will remain active after cancellation for the remainder of your current subscription period. After the current subscription period expires, your service will not renew and you will no longer be billed. You are always free to re-start your subscription at a later date and at the then current billing rates. If you are on a free trial, you must cancel one (1) business day prior to the end of your trial period to avoid being charged for use of our service.  

Advance Payments
If you cancel your service before your subscription period has ended (1+ months), you will lose any discount given for advance payment and your account will reset to the normal rate for both the portion of the subscription period that has already passed, and the remainder of the month in which you cancel your service. The remaining balance of your advance payment will be refunded to you in a lump-sum payment.
